With more than 15 years of experience as a healthcare Administrator, Katie has cultivated her expertise through successful roles in home health and private duty home care across the San Francisco Bay Area. Notably, during her tenure at Healthy Living Network, she served as a Regional Administrator, overseeing multiple agencies in northern California. Katie is renowned for her unwavering dedication to excellence and professionalism.
In her capacity as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Katie will spearhead the development and implementation of all facets related to people engagement, patient experience, and will directly oversee daily operations.

Frances brings an extensive 29-year career as a registered nurse and holds the distinction of being a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant. Her clinical journey commenced in Los Angeles, where she worked in a skilled nursing facility. Subsequently, she advanced to the position of Director of Nursing, serving 15 years in the Bay Area, and later assumed the role of Regional Clinical Director for multiple skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) in California for two years.
For a remarkable seven-year span, Frances served as the Regional Clinical Director for Sojourn Hospice (Healthy Living Network), overseeing nine agencies across California, Arizona, and Utah. Leveraging her clinical and operational expertise, Frances played a pivotal role in the successful establishment of various Home Health & Hospice startups within California, guiding these ventures to accreditation through ACHC, CHAPS, or The Joint Commission.
In addition to her hospice leadership, Frances founded and continues to operate two Intermediate Care Facilities in San Jose, focusing on the care of individuals with intellectual disabilities and nursing needs since 2005. Frances is recognized for her adeptness in leading teams with a people-first approach, empowering those around her. She is enthusiastic about extending her mission to provide quality care, exceptional experiences, and respect to patients within the community.
